Mathieu, hailing from the picturesque region of Charentes in France, carries with him a rich heritage of distilling traditions. Growing up surrounded by vineyards and steeped in the art of winemaking, Mathieu developed a deep appreciation for the intricate processes involved in creating exquisite libations.
